Update contact details

We need your postal address so we can invite you to take part in bowel screening. Enter your PPS number and date of birth so you can update your address and contact details.

You will see blank fields to input your name, address and other details. Input your address so that we can be sure it is up to date.

You must enter your COR ID, PPS number and date of birth.

Your COR ID is on the top left of your invitation letter, under your address.

We need your PPS number to correctly identify you on our register.
